Increasing your Flexibility with the Core Laser

If you go to the gym, you’ll most likely see the majority of the people warm up with some kind of cardio exercise or by lifting light weights, then perform their workout, cool down, and leave. Stretching and increasing their flexibility before working out is completely forgotten in their daily fitness routine.  Although countless studies have shown how beneficial exercise is for your body and mind (from reducing the risk of some cancers to helping improve memory), less attention is being paid to flexibility.  This flexibility training should be one of the most important aspects of your routine and will not only prevent injury from occurring, but help you better reach your fitness goals.

The primary goal of the Core Laser is to increase the overall flexibility, strength and control of the hips and core, which are the primary generators of force and directional control in virtually all sports and exercises.  In addition to therapeutic applications, the Core Laser is an excellent athletic/bio mechanic training tool for various rotational sports, as well as warming up and increasing your flexibility prior to working out.  By using the Core Laser for just 5-8 minutes per day at home or in the office and before heading to the gym for your daily workout you could prevent potential injuries and help to relieve muscle/back pains.
